DACS is committed to providing the community with quality green energy services. We feel it is critical to recycle locally rather than have large firms outside the area drive plastics and other recyclables to be burned for electricity, adding more garbage to the planet.

This produces more pollution than is necessary when larger firms do it. We must realize that even automobile tires’ rubber leaves crumbs, and 15% of the rubber travels into the air, polluting the air quality. We recognize the importance of working within the community and being ecologically mindful for future generations.

Because plastic is light, we wish to lessen the transportation of recycled materials. Using pyrolysis or other techniques can convert waste plastics into raw materials with high real-world market values.
